ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Payments are accepted by using a debit or credit card bearing the Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card logos. American Express is not accepted.

ACH WITHDRAWL
ACH withdrawal can be processed over the phone, online, or in-person. To use your bank account, be prepared to provide your routing number and account number, as well as your Phoenix account number.

OTHER ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Phoenix Financial Solutions also accepts cash, checks and money orders. Cash is only accepted in person during office hours.

FOUR WAYS TO PAY

PAY ONLINE
Make payments online using ACH withdrawal from your bank account or by using most major credit cards. Holiday closure payment policies will be enforced. Payments submitted online outside of normal office hours, will be applied to your account the next business day.

BY PHONE
Payments made by ACH withdrawal using a bank account or by credit card are accepted during office hours, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, using either our automated system or by contacting a customer service representative. Payments submitted outside of normal office hours, using the automated phone system, will be applied to your account the next business day.

BY MAIL
Mail your payment by check or money order to:

Please mail your payments at least ten days in advance of the grace period stated on your contract or late fees will be assessed and additional interest will accrue. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH. View holiday closures for more information.

Office Hours are M-F, 8am to 4pm EST. Payments are not processed on weekends or holiday closure dates. Please refer to our “Holiday Closures” link for scheduled closings. Please submit by the grace period stated in your contract (usually 10 days) to avoid late fees being assessed and the accrual of additional interest

All payments submitted after 4pm EST on weekdays, weekends, holidays or on any other scheduled closure, will be applied the next business day.

LATE FEES:
Please submit payments in enough time so that they can be applied to your account within the grace period (usually 10 days) specified in your contract and payment coupon. Call 419-342-2151 or 1-888-741-5936 if you have questions about your account.
